    This patcher is not working on Windows v8.1

    And unfortunately you don't seem to be able to register the comdlg32.ocx either in Windows 8.1 X64

    EDIT: The instructions found at post [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]-Post#20.

    Still working fine for Windows 8.1 X64
