kit for getting the right rudder 4 zip files. What changes in the files themselves I am not aware of.

@Andrey Form I found it!!!
In order to get the "Right hand drive" and keep everything else (like preferred speedcam icon pack) as before, there is no need to replace all four provided zips.
The replacement of three files which are included in the_skin_by_pongo.zip is just enough:

the_skin_right_hand_drive_portrait.css

These files are located in \the_skin_by_pongo\ui_nextgen\common\ui\ subfolder.

And of course activation was done by inserting to sys.txt:
