I missed the word "other" and, I thought you were asking in refers to PONGO SKIN between LUNA and NON-LUNA.in the Pongo skin the buildings appear flat, while in other Luna skins
Well, your last image above, clarified my error and, since I have LUNA with Skin Default only and without "Pongoist sys" in it - I can't know how to try to be of assist for you.
By the way, about this:
LUNA is also Nextgen.but they are Nextgen !. This refers to Luna
