Interesting. In my PAL with PONGO, the buildings are completely fine 3D and does not appear at all in my SYS paragraph:

Feel free to look at my SYS. Make your "[folders]" adjustments and see what the result is...
Besides, with or without PONGO - I don't think the same SYS is used for both LUNA and PAL.
