Andrey and kwbs, thanks for answers, of course that option is on.
As i said, both skins run in same sys.text, but also same options. The second one is Aldo but others also shows 3d buildings. Only Pongo skin show flat, that's the mistery.I try in different phones (oreo and lollipop) and is the same. I downloaded the skin from this post. I hope found a solution. Thanks

Can we see the sys.txt?
Have you recently added/removed any zip file from the UX folder?
My sys.txt, but it works for all luna skins, tmc,weather, buildings,etc, except 3d buildings in Pongo, the sys.txt is not the problem, i think. No chages in Pongo's ux folder

Interesting. In my PAL with PONGO, the buildings are completely fine 3D and does not appear at all in my SYS paragraph:

Besides, with or without PONGO - I don't think the same SYS is used for both LUNA and PAL.
No!, i also have Pal and Basar, pongo skins that they run perfectly with the Pongo skin, but they are Nextgen!. This refers to Luna!:).
Either way, I just did a test by deleting that paragraph, and it remains the same, there are no 3d buildings in the Pongo skin .
My folders section works fine, Otherwise Luna would not work, because it would not find maps or speedcams, or etc. As you can see in the photos, it recognizes the maps in the different skins stored in my
"igoDataLuna", it is to separate the data from another folder for nextgen.
As it is mandatory, iGOLuna is installed in the internal storage, but the maps, etc, I have them in the external sd, my paragraph [folders] indicates to Luna where they are, and it works perfectly with all the skins that I have tried of Luna.
For more clarification, here you can see several Skins that I have installed for Luna. They all work with 3D buildings EXCEPT Pongo !!

Well, your last image above, clarified my error and, since I have LUNA with Skin Default only and without "Pongoist sys" in it - I can't know how to try to be of assist for you.

Yes, it's "Nextgen Luna", but is quite different and use different types of files as you know. Anyway, thanks for answers. I still searching the trick.
In the UX of skin Vag i found in ui_nextgen>common>mapconfig this buildings.ini :

What about next_maneuver_visual & driveralerts zip files? Are they also modified?
I tried to open file by file in each zip and see the deferences with my files but I lost it! A lot of files to compare!
