had this problem maybe a year ago and nothing helped me, it was probably something with my phone but still not sure.. what worked for me was using an older version which worked perfectly and then just waiting for upcoming updates and testing them.. anyway my problem was solved with the next update and i had no problem ever since. so basically what you need now is patience.. if it means anything my phone is lg g4 with 6.0 android
