open the VR.zip from ux folder "vr.zip\ui_nextgen\common\ui\vrtext_to_langkey.lua" (img1)
with notepad or notepad++ and can you see some commands also read the help menu... (img2)
about the upload files can you use any online file hosting like "zippyshare.com"
upload your files there and post here the link...
