I have a few questions that i would like clarification on:-

1) Order of priority for commands.

This is my understanding, am i correct

a-sys.txt/xxxx

b-speedecam.zip/ux/plugin.ini/xxxx

c-data.zip/project_config/iGO_nextgen.ini/xxxx

2) If unit are set to "yards/m.p.h.), in regional settings will speedcam settings also be in the same units

i.e. warn_distances="60:1000" = 60m.p.h./1000yards

3) Can some please explain the following command

approach_distances-115 ; 50% (=115/230), ~13 sec before the speedcam
