anonymvs, you misunderstand me.
1) I can show the speedcan alerts, what i cant show is the same selection as in Railroads spoiler.
2) What i seek is an explanation of the settings for (category 3)[average speed cams] as shown in "speedcam.zip" and how to set them up.

1) ... in latest Pongo skin (11.01.2018 ... which is published in post #701 by @Naissus in this thread) is no selection like in @Railroad spoiler, because @Railroad is using (I think, maybe I am wrong) a MOD of Pongo skin, moded by @laradiobbs. In Pongo skin, the speedcamera limiting speed is setting up in a way which I explained in post #739. You do not need to edit the "speedcam.zip" nor "sys.txt". You have to manualy set-up every camera on the map, or with the "Spudigo" tool on PC. With the "Spudigo" tool you make a *.txt file which you must put in to iGO_xxx/privdocs/InappShop/Mount/speedcam folder. Btw, that is already explained in @Naissus #701 post :
