Thread: An updated guide to enable JCV, Highway Mode, Lane assist & TTS on 2x5w

So far I've come:
14. Verify that you have CHN v2.90 installed.
15. Delete the GUPDATE.GCD from the garmin folder of your unit.
16. You have enabled TTS on your unit.
by the time all the software was in good control, started up. Then, before I got off the PC, I mumbled the Hungarian voice. It may have been a problem because last time I first tried it, I didn't do it and it only worked with the EU map, the JCV didn't appear.
Now when I turned on only the chinese loading image appears underneath the nuvi 2W and the map loading caption then exits. When I plug in my PC it turns off and on but only eddug gets what I wrote.

i found the 255w sd card boot file i was trying to copy to sd to boot but was unsuccessful.
