Yes it can provided it's got HWID 0827. However from my unclear recollection 245W was a dressed-down model with some missing features? Maybe it didn't support TTS (Text to Speech) which means no street names for upcoming turns. If that's so then it may need to have the senior 2x5W logo flashed to it or even the specific 465T logo.
