I follow the process MapEdit+ mp2shp + MPC and as you know , MPC compiles only when there is no error at all. I checked previously all lines are well connected and after compilation some nodes appear as no cennected and the automatic routing does a long loop to connect.
If the shape file contains errors... , do you know the way to detect and coorect them ?.

This is not quite true. For example, the MPC will not react if some roads are not connected in reality or when these polylines don't have all the necessary routing attributes.
It is not convincing, if you did this check in MP format using GPSMapEdit.
Try to check those connections in the road shapefile via ArcGIS or MapInfo at maximum zoom.
It is best to use any professional GIS for this, or MicroGIS Editor at least.
