Which are you using, file already decrypted (unlocked) or the original which you've decrypted yourself.

I'm using the unlocked files from Sue Davison. I have used unlocked files before that have worked fine

You quoted joecap originally who had problem with US/Canada file. Are you using Nordics or another country/region? I have a nuvi 2797 which is identical hardware to your dezl 760 with same level of firmware protection so i can check the operation of the actual file if its decryption looks sound.

I've loaded the Denmark tiles from NTU 2018.10 (newset I have available) and placed Sue Davison's 2019-01-22 UnLocked Nordics.gpi in my nuvi 2797's POI folder without any other files present. It's been properly decrypted. It's seen in Settings and alerts are triggered when routing. See screenshots in spoiler below:

Thanks. They do show up in the About screen, and as I stated in the previous post, they only work if I disable Smartphone Link
