Hello,
I use the latest skin Pongo with iGO World Android.
In many places in settings menu there is choice with a "gear" icon to select a bip sound for alert. For example radar approching, radar overspeed, end radar alert and so on.
This gear give me no choice at all. I can't select any sound.
I can have alert via TTS or via audio DA .wav files but no way to select the "bip" sound
On iGO not nextgen there was an "audio" directory with a lot of !alert1.wma , !alert2.wma containing differents bip sound.
I tried to put every where, in \audio, \ui_nextgen\audio, \ui_android\audio
I tried .wma and .wav
No way. No way to be able to see the bip sound and select them via the "gear" icon in settings
Someone could help ?
Thanks.

Try this: Settings/skin settings/skin complectation and here set to "Full". and restart.
Here english audio pack, with DA and SC WAV files. Copy the zip file to UX folder.
Thanks: Pongo.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
!alert2.wav and another wav files can be found data.zip ui_nextgen/audio folder.
Hello,
Complectation was already "Full"
Adding English audio pack change nothing.
OK the alerts.wav are inside data.zip ui_nextgen/audio folder. And the data.zip is located on the root of iGO
So the problem is : I have this data.zip, the right one from Pongo 2020-02-16 with the right .wav files inside, in the right place.
Why by hell I cannot see it/choose it from iGO settings ???
This will drive me nuts
Have latest pongo skin and ux installed. There is for me an annoying thing that i am trying to get fixed.
In quick menu there is a button (sound on/off), This button has 3 settings.
Press button 1 time it goes from 100% volume to 93 % volume. 2 press it goes to sound off. 3 press it goes to volume 100%.
I want it to only have 2 options, sond on. or sound off.
Most of buttons in quick menu has a separate ux, but not sound on/off. Where is this hidden.
I have looked in pongo skin ux, but i am not expert to see info about this. Cant find anything in sys either.
Maybe someone with knowhow can answer this.
The warnings via TTS are not set in the menu. Write what you want in the plugin.ini and then do it "Translate" from the Dictionary.voice of the Voice you use, even you can make a false translation directly from the Dictionary.voice.
If you use a non-TTS voice, it is a little more complicated.
You must have the alert files in wav format, you can name them as you want, but then you must always go to the plugin.ini and indicate for each category which file to use. These files must be in the SCXXXX folder in ui_nextgen / audio, XXXX should be your language code, but they work even if you use SC1063.
I have always used the TTS voices, but in these quarantine days I have been busy translating the DA SC folders into Italian, because they do not exist.
The fact is that with this latest version of the Skin I cannot test them because the Speedcam Test is not enabled, I put the penultimate and they work even if I put them in folders 1063 and they have the names in Italian.
From the Menu you can only set the approaching, overspeed and end alert sounds, but they are the same for all categories.
