If you still experiencing a recurring "delay" of receiving TMC with IGO activation or occasionally, do not receive TMC at all, this is a familiar phenomenon.When I started IGO again nothing heppened for 10 seconds and than suddely it changed from the red cross to the receive symbol and started to download 350 incidents.
One of the common solutions is, to exit IGO and re-enter the app or, enter settings for something trivial and exit back to the main screen.
You can also check for a change in server configuration.
