It is working now.
I did a new installation. Then I deleted the SAVE file and copied my old SAVE file from a working Android10 backup.
When I started IGO again nothing heppened for 10 seconds and than suddely it changed from the red cross to the receive symbol and started to download 350 incidents.
So your suggesting worked with my old save file

If you still experiencing a recurring "delay" of receiving TMC with IGO activation or occasionally, do not receive TMC at all, this is a familiar phenomenon.

One of the common solutions is, to exit IGO and re-enter the app or, enter settings for something trivial and exit back to the main screen.

You can also check for a change in server configuration.

Hello.
Identical iGO Nextgen Israel apps, the latest skin for Pongo, runs on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 (Android 7) and OnePlus 7 Pro (Android 11).
On Samsung everythingworks fine, but OnePlus 7 - weather and TMC doesn't work. Sys.txt are identical except for the folders section.
Maybe anyone haa some advice?

I see that there is a 404 when contacting the server. But I have no clue either if I have to change a value in sys.txt or somewhere else.

Any suggestions?

The user most likely did not delete the cache/save after changing the skin.
And the wrong section/topic, of course.

Hi guys,

I used iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 with Pongo Skin, on a 7 inch chinese navigation with Android 4.4. Live traffic and weather worked perfectly fine until 2 days ago, then it stopped working completely. I tried reinstalling the software, everything...still no live traffic updates.

I live in the UK. Is there any more recent tmc license, or something else that I should change to have the traffic working again please?
