Sometimes, there is also problem with online traffic that program just needs to be restarted.
On first run there is no connection and traffic info, but after exit from program, on next run it works without problem.
There might be too short "timeout" somewhere in program.

I Have problem with Igo on phone (Huawei pSmart 2007)
I downloaded a navigation program from this forum (sorry, I don't remember exactly which link, but when the program started, the problem was the same). The following message appears each time I start navigation:

The program starts, however, every time the settings are reset (language, gps position, saved locations, etc.). In my car radio, the program works properly, so I suspect that the problem is somewhere in the phone, more precisely in determining the correct location of the files on the memory card. (Igo folder uploaded directly to the memory card). I tried to change the settings and location in sys, but it did not solve the problem. That's why I came here asking for help, maybe someone has dealt with this problem and knows a solution to the problem.

What is certain is that you are asking the question in the wrong topic. If you don't know which version is installed, then you need to read a lot.
As for your problem - again - you need to read a lot. You have been a member of this forum for three years.

You didn't read the basic instructions from the thread you downloaded the software from.
You didn't even bother to browse the forum. In this section:

Otherwise, install the software from the internal memory only and grant it all privileges (permissions).

Edit: I know why traffic didn't worked. I had to change settings of memory localisation on SD CARD in my android 8 Oreo. Now I can confirm that tracking is working. But weather services has never worked for me.
