It is working now.
I did a new installation. Then I deleted the SAVE file and copied my old SAVE file from a working Android10 backup.
When I started IGO again nothing heppened for 10 seconds and than suddely it changed from the red cross to the receive symbol and started to download 350 incidents.
So your suggesting worked with my old save file
