Online services stopped working for NG Israel/Gift [SOLVED]

My IGO also stopped doing the traffic information, but with the apk of #35 it worked fine again.
Yesterday I had an update to Android 11.
Now when I see the traffic icon, I briefly see the reception bars, but then immediately a red cross. There is no traffic data.
I have no idea how to get it repaired.
I completeley reinstalled the programm, removed de SAVE but no succes.

... check these save settings. Delete yours and add this record after unpacking. You set the rest.

But it did not work. Mayby because I use Israel?

It is working now.
I did a new installation. Then I deleted the SAVE file and copied my old SAVE file from a working Android10 backup.
When I started IGO again nothing heppened for 10 seconds and than suddely it changed from the red cross to the receive symbol and started to download 350 incidents.
So your suggesting worked with my old save file

If you still experiencing a recurring "delay" of receiving TMC with IGO activation or occasionally, do not receive TMC at all, this is a familiar phenomenon.

One of the common solutions is, to exit IGO and re-enter the app or, enter settings for something trivial and exit back to the main screen.

You can also check for a change in server configuration.
