Reasons why does avp consider them malicious
- they don't come from the Play Store
- Google policy
- can detect that their code has been changed from the original application
- the signature has been changed
- or simply blacklist them as recommended by the software companies

Otherwise, paradoxically, such applications are safer than the original.
They don't send your data, your behavior, your location to the host servers, they don't eavesdrop on you ...
