The new editions of iGO are extremely difficult to "heal", so... what to say, we don't expect any soon success in this area.

If you buy the last Pixel (7), or older models (from 4a up) with flashed latest Android build, after half an hour or even less, it will become clear to you

I have many camper friends navigating from DE to PT in one go; I have never received such error messages with iGO Primo/Nextgen. So it can only be due to your package/your device.

Test: delete the folder preloads\ in the save folder before the next start
** and: clear all cached data under System Settings->App Info/Manager

First of all thanks for the answer.
I tried your suggestions, but nothing changed.
1) The problem exists with 2 versions of iGo : IGO Israel Nextgen 9.18.27.687519 and IGO Israel Nextgen 9.18.27.681611 ;
2) The problem exists with 2 different hardware/smartphones: Huawei P9 and Oppo Reno8 5G;
3) The problem exists with the maps of the last years: 2021-2022;
4) The problem exists with all types of maps: TomTom and HERE;
5) The problem disappears COMPLETELY with the old 2020 Maps. With these maps I go easily from Southern Italy to Budapest.

- Make sure none of the previous content is left behind
- If you doubt the correctness of the content from one uploader, download it from another
- Last case - add maps one by one and test. Mistakes are always possible, although very rare
Or transfer errors. If you downloaded from the hosts, download the torrent now. Or vice versa

Maps work even with the oldest software editions
Of course, it is recommended to use the latest (proven better) edition
