Anyway, thank you very much for instructions, I just moved complete sw to internal memory, it works normally. Someday I will also try as you suggested. I am just not sure when deleting Save file, favorite saved places are lost, aren't they?

If you don't mind, I would ask you one more question: an altimeter at travel computer lies for about +40 m. Is there any setting or adjusting tool to set it more accurate.

Hi...

Before deleting, can you keep a backup on your computer or SD card the file: user.upoi

from --> save/profiles/01/users/00/user.upoi

and then delete...
open the iGO and set it again... for creating new save folder, and then put it back (user.upoi) in the same place...

about the altimeter... the information is taken from GPS and normally is correct.
but i have not search it more...

Hello

I have a problem with iGO Gift 9.18.27.687519 compilation that I haven't had before. I managed to install this one on many devices and yesterday a friend asked me to update his igo myway with the gift. I followed thebsame routine but have a glitch. Namely.. Create a folder igo - as I did on other devices - I use a make sys installation, isreal icon appears just after, I run igo the first time and the download bar appears as at the initial stage but there is no progress on the download bar. The program waits for 3 sec and then returns to desktop. When I try to start it again it will quit the moment the download bar should appear. The devicd is Huawei media tab7. I am using 2 huaweis personally and haven't had an issue. What does my problem relate to? Add an entry in the sys.txt folder section?

Is old program uninstalled completely and properly?

1. Force Stop
2. Clear Cache
3. Clear Data
4. Uninstall App

Finally if app folder is same from previous installation (iGO), then clear save folder and delete all instances of device.nng file.

Do you have internet connection?

I did all of it and in the end did factory reset. Didnt help. Switched off internet connection too.

As we at work and the loss of igo would be catastrophic we installed a 7day trial from google play and it worked straight away... However I would like to be able to give him my gift with all the mods that i done to have it practical where we work thanks.

Problem after installing Here 2018.q2 maps

I don't know if this is the right place to put this question. If it is not please any of the admins to move it to the right spot.

After installing Here 2018.q2 maps on my Ukitel K600 (android 8.1) igo (basar this version) crashes most of times. As I've seen the phone tries to lock a gps signal and after a few seconds if unsuccessful igo crashes. This never happened before. If gps manages to get a signal the program runs smoothly. The gps is ok Sygic runs withn no problem at all and so is Here and Google maps.

My main phone Galaxy Note Edge with the same maps igo version but on Android 6.0.1 has no problem at all

I don't know if the problem is on the maps or the igo. If someone else had the same problem or any idea please give me a hand. Thank you

Maybe a problem with one of the map files. Bad download? What happened if you test only one map first and if it work add another country?

It worked for me on every device I tested and with all maps.
And everything (all options) is working.
