I created the folder "skin" on / content / skin and put it there "skin by pongo" there and when I go in iGO to change does not show the skin there?
What did I do wrong to not show up?

I download this skin the latest:

the "Skin" is the folder ux with *.zip-Files

Under NextGen, there is no "skin" directory. Independent "modules" are put under the ux directory, including the default skin (the_skin.zip)
Note that any file with the .zip extension under the ux directory are examined and processed.

The process is very simple...
First of all, remove or rename your (data.zip + whole ux folder) from the original
installed app, and then replace it with same (files - folders) from skin folder....

The process is the same, if your installation is internal or on SD_card

I already managed to put skin "by" the problem is that in the "speedcam" folder itself is not being recognized and does not create those files (spud and spdb), I think there should be something else missing to recognize the folder , but what will it be?

not all Explorer/Filemanager displays Systemfiles, check with a.o. TotalCommander

*I pers. prefer SpeedcamText.txt as a File

I already have the files in the "speedcam" in .txt, one thing I noticed now, in the options -> Warnings -> Alert Points, there it is activated, I tried to disable it and it does not leave me it looks like it is bug, very strange
