God knows what im doing wrong as my jaguar loading screen is saved as a 800 x 480 bmp file? so not sure why Primo is crashing when I overwrite the files.

Try this (mod only for 800x480 and untested), it is assumed that you don't have any other UX's that overrides it

BTW, I don't know if your sys.txt was corrupted, but it has the following at the end

which means that setting is irrelevant to your "Reach destination" screen solution.
