From his original post, the problem was the large power off button which gets accidentally pressed. The correct solution is to confirm before powering off, which I don't have time to do; so a quick hacked was just remove the power button only.

We've been trying to get "remove_reached_destination" to work for a few days now... Was just trying to figure out why it wasn't working for him.

Not sure what you mean by "is irrelevant for this case". I had to use that option to remove that screen (if he wants to remove the entire screen). I had "automotive=1" in my sys.txt forever (I think it removes the battery icon?), but had to add "remove_reached_destination=1" in order to remove that entire destination screen.
