Guys help, I tried the steps in page 1 with my 1450, the junction view button appeared, but when I simulated route just to test, I pressed the junction view button then it crashed..

Some JCV regions are locked, ie Thai , Malaysia , Indonesia etc.
Some of firmware can not display these JCV files and make the Nuvi to restart.
So which is your firmware & JCV ?

USA 1200 - I had this happen when using the incorrect JCV File. Screen would just go black and Nuvi crashed! Installing the correct JCV File cured it.
