I'm using Nuvi 1450 5.40 from US (I think) and for the JCV, from CN Philippines NT 2011.30

Philippine JCV need Phillipine firmware.
13xx / 14xx can be convert to Asian but you need 13xx/14xx hwid 972.
What is your hwid ?
