You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
sorry for late reply.. yes I can see nuvi model 3790 and Unit ID listed.
Upon converting to 34xx, I used the Mod_2xxx.exe to update reg_140.bin to enable all features successfully but 3D feature,voice command,video player were not enabled. I think because of sw 7.10 I was not able enable these features. Where can I download the old firmware?
By modifying region 140 you will change some settings. These settings must activate all required features. Such as 3D feature,voice command,video player etc.
Firmware version 7.10 doesn't allow to change these setting by using xml files. But modifying region 140 you directly change settings.

I updated with webupdater. It installed keyboards,dashboards but voice command not. I tried many times to update with webupdater but it does not show updates for voice command. I see 3D maps in .system folder. Webupdater have downloaded the latest 3Dmaps for 3790LMT. so it should be licensed.
@voyager56 & lolypop000: In .System/Diag/ folder I don't see any html folder including supportedfuture.html file.
Is something wrong with my installation during upgrade?
Using webudater you will not update maps (3D maps too).
For supportedfuture.html file look in .System\Diag\html folder witch is created by firmware when Nuvi reboots.
For voice commands you must have files .asr and .srx files in folder .System\ASR. They are updated with map.
With Webupdater you must download language files for voice recognition. These files are for example en_US.srd, en_GB.srd.
These files also can be found in folder .System\ASR.
Each map comes with this own .asr and .srx files.
