Have you used the Mod version before?
Did you have problems then?
Have you tried the normal version of TomTom with out MOD?
Did you have problems with that version?

Does it run hot all the time?
OR
Is this something new that is going on?
OR
Only when downloading maps?
OR
When you are using it on the road?

Is it installed on the memory of the phone or SD CARD?

Is there enough room on the SD Card?

Have you removed it and done a new clean install?

As none of us know all things you have done or not done it is hard to know what your problems are.

99.9 % of the user have no problems it that OO.1% that do for one reason or another have problems.
