Yes, the translation for TomTom Labs is missing, because the version with updates has not been published yet.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] you can see which languages are planned to be updated in the next version and their status.
One information we forgot to mention.
For existing languages that already have TTS (Russian, British, Turkish, etc.) if you enable the TTS support option in TomTom Labs, you will also be able to use voices from external TTS mechanisms such as Code Factory Vocalizer
