You would think this would be somewhat easier, but apparently Windows 7 by default does not include this OCX file. However, the link catymag provides only mentions C:\Windows\System32. Problem is, on a 64-bit system a second copy of the file needs to be copied into the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory, then the commands run from the command prompt to register the file.
