My friend LouBouha the program has no problem about "svg"
which program is default is a function of windows...
probably you lost the settings after the update.
can you make it default again:
First of all place dview folder in a place thats not change [c:\program files\dview] and make a shortcut to your desktop.
Then right click on a svg and select "open with" select "Dview" and tick "open always with this program"
that's all....
