I have the same problem

In summary :

- tests work perfectly on all icons (TTS and non TTS)
- speedcam alerts doesn't work while driving
- when starting up it really has trouble finding the GPS signals, or never
- loss of GPS signals all the time until crash
- inaccurate position, sometimes I drive in the opposite lane on the highway (on the opposite direction)
- recalculation all the time because of this low accuracy
- only city warnings work
