Please for a clarification !
I want to ask if is possible to modify the proportion in witch is divided the screen in the split mode navigation.
I am interested to make smaller the width of the window for turn by turn navigation (landscape orientation) , to have 35% for Turn by turn and 65% for normal view.

I use now GlobalSat BT-821C bluetooth GPS external receiver to by-pass built-in tablet GPS and everything works perfect.
So the problem was the bad quality of my internal GPS.

I really like the pongo skin with the nextgen version, but does anybody know how to make the POI icons smaller, they are really big right now...

In addition to the two parameters suggested by Golom you can also try to change the values of these other parameters:

I have the same problem

In summary :

- tests work perfectly on all icons (TTS and non TTS)
- speedcam alerts doesn't work while driving
- when starting up it really has trouble finding the GPS signals, or never
- loss of GPS signals all the time until crash
- inaccurate position, sometimes I drive in the opposite lane on the highway (on the opposite direction)
- recalculation all the time because of this low accuracy
- only city warnings work
