After uninstalling the version NextGen_Israel_9.18.27.687519 and having deleted its save folder I installed the old versions, each time deleting the relative save folder but the iGO_Israel folder has always remained the same.

finally the problem is in the core, (lib igo_jni.so) as said Boki
with IDA and hex editor i think repaired...
installed again and at the moment weather and tmc is working...
i need to test one - two days and then will post here....
