As one user solved the problem, he didn’t try it himself
whip up a solution temporarily

So that people do not suffer with the restoration of online services and do not demolish IGO_Israel (519), I propose a simple solution:
1. Delete IGO_Israel (519) from the Android applications, while we don’t touch the iGO_Israel folder, go to this folder and rename your save as a file manager, for example _save

Download and install:

Attached file ISRAEL_9.18.27.681611 + LOG + SMS_toast.apk (13.06 MB)
which does not create a new sys.
3. We make the initial cursory setup, exit the program, close it.
We return to the folder with the installed iGO_Israel program, delete the newly created save, return the name save to our renamed

the common thats have these two versions of 519 is the internal "name-version"

so my fix is the following:
Let's say you are banned from a place, by the NAME example "rider"
what can you do to get in again ?? ... you can with a different name "rider2" or any other...

In the RAR there are two versions (different by their signatures) starting by installing iGO_NextGen_9.18.27.6875198_SDCard_Ext and if unsuccessful using the Signed version.

These versions can be installed without any problem on the version already installed (No need to uninstall or touch the Save folder)

PS: Why two versions: because on our forum there are two SDcard Ext versions different by their signatures Those of Modemakias and MCC: generic signature and my Versions with different signature "signed".

I tested with a Teclast M20, Android v.8.x;
both versions iGO_Gift_9.18.27.687519_SDCard_Ext .. are not installed by the system. The 9.18.27.676280.apk was previously uninstalled.
