all my German camper friends use the bus profile for caravans, with dimensions and weight accordingly. Length includes towing vehicle, trailer is activated.

Bus means: You can still drive where trucks are blocked. In addition, the navigation largely avoids narrow towns. So ideal.
You can also do the same with the car profile (dimensions-length-weight), but you will then get a different route calculated; just test it...
** iGO_World doesn't have real truck optionsIMO iGO_Isreal and/or iGO_Pal are great for that.
