iGO Luna switches off in the car radio when entering the tunnel

Good day. Please advise me, I have installed the iGO Luna navigation in the Android car radio, the navigation works perfectly, but when entering the tunnel or in the garage it switches off, it will write me a message that the navigation has stopped working and will turn off. Please advise me where the problem may be. I will be very grateful for any information.
