NEWBIE [and THE OTHERS :)] PROBLEMS with NG INSTALATIONS

I did all of it and in the end did factory reset. Didnt help. Switched off internet connection too.

As we at work and the loss of igo would be catastrophic we installed a 7day trial from google play and it worked straight away... However I would like to be able to give him my gift with all the mods that i done to have it practical where we work thanks.

Problem after installing Here 2018.q2 maps

I don't know if this is the right place to put this question. If it is not please any of the admins to move it to the right spot.

After installing Here 2018.q2 maps on my Ukitel K600 (android 8.1) igo (basar this version) crashes most of times. As I've seen the phone tries to lock a gps signal and after a few seconds if unsuccessful igo crashes. This never happened before. If gps manages to get a signal the program runs smoothly. The gps is ok Sygic runs withn no problem at all and so is Here and Google maps.

My main phone Galaxy Note Edge with the same maps igo version but on Android 6.0.1 has no problem at all

I don't know if the problem is on the maps or the igo. If someone else had the same problem or any idea please give me a hand. Thank you

Thanks for the reply unfortunately neither worked. I'm still baffled about it, or go back to q1 maps

Maybe a problem with one of the map files. Bad download? What happened if you test only one map first and if it work add another country?

Or just try with this version [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
It worked for me on every device I tested and with all maps.
And everything (all options) is working.

Hello ,

Igo works perfect but sometimes I hear a strange notification something like "information di nigalons giving"
Where is this coming from en can I disable it ??

You can configure yourself what the TTS Pro will announce. this depends on which skin you use

However I have a problem with it,
İt will not give spoken warnings, only red warning but not spoken.

Boki_Srb, I am sure only you can give me a solution for this, don't tell me to search because I have searched a lot, may be I am little bit old and I wear glasses but I have not found a solution to this problem. so Please I beg you, give me solution to this problem. I like IGO PAL the best. Thank you in advance

Can somebody help me ... I try to install IGO on Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I copy the iGO_Basar file in \Card\Android\data\com.basarsoft.igo_734842_nextgen.javaclient\files\iGO folder, but when I try to start IGO I keep getting 'global_cfg not found' content error. If I check the global_cfg folder in IGO/Content the folder is empty; I do not have the global_cfg.zip inside. Anyone can help me at all?
