    And you'll never find them (unless you buy original Device, Software and maps, and, if sold on your market at all).
    Use Primo 2.4 (aka Civic Reborn) if you want see maps for that region.

    P.S. You don't have problem with NG installation. You have problem with inactive content.
    Such discussions are conducted in other topics, and it has already been talked about many times.
