Hello guys, i downloaded this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Igo and when i install it, deleting voices and langs, then installing my language "Lithuania" i hear Lithuanian male or female, but always russian female... How to disable russian female? i deleted voices...Dont know what to turn off more.
Hi Vikenzo
What you hear in Russian are recorded voices.
Start by checking them in iGO_XXX \ ui_nextgen \ audio and eliminate the ones you do not need.
For DA and SC files keep only DA1063 and SC1063 which correspond to your country Lithuania

This is the first time I have ever encountered this problem and I have yet to figure it out. If I install the google TTS speech engine, or even the Vocalizer speech engine the installation looks like it installs properly. But upon further inspection the TTS options do not appear anywhere within androids language options.
When I select a TTS voice in iGO nextgen it freezes the unit (doesn't matter which installation).
iGO nextgen otherwise works flawlessly. I have never had this issue on any other device.
My guess is that a key Android component that TTS relies on may have been removed from the Android installation.
The unit is a fairly standard no-name 2DIN unit with a fake Android 6.0 installation (It is actually KitKat 4.4)
If the underlying TTS engine is broken on the unit, I would think there is no fix.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggested fix? alternative ways to enable TTS?
Just follow the instructions from OP.
And just in case, after installation and before starting software, add latest global_cfg.zip under path:
internal memory of device\Android\data\com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient\global_cfg\
(so, full path of file is:
internal memory\Android\data\com.basarsoft.igonextgen.javaclient\global_cfg\global_cfg.zip)
Which file do i have to command out to get my Suzuki loading logo to work?
