And you'll never find them (unless you buy original Device, Software and maps, and, if sold on your market at all).
Use Primo 2.4 (aka Civic Reborn) if you want see maps for that region.
P.S. You don't have problem with NG installation. You have problem with inactive content.
Such discussions are conducted in other topics, and it has already been talked about many times.

Hello,
I have Samsung A5 upgraded to oreo (Android 8.0). I try to install AVICSYNC_9.18.28.696728_FULL and it installs OK, but when I try to start it, show Loading and after that stops. Actually I can not start it.
Can you give me some advice ?
Best regards.

Hello,
thanks for help. I search a lot in this board but can not find it before your post. Still don't have success with AVICSYNC_9.18.28.696728_FULL. I will try version in your post.
My phone is not rooted. Also how can I execute this step:
- clear system cache, clear dalvik cache
On non rooted phone ?
-
Not mandatory, but suggested. Try without it if you want to keep your personal data.
Your phone does not to be rooted to clean system cache  It is almost equal to factory reset.
-
OK, I try few times without clear system cache, clear dalvik cache. Still no success, stuck on loading. Try you version from here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] no success, but I can't see in yours version installation path for global_cfg.
I am common with rooting and installing new custom roms, but this is my new phone from about a month and don't want to make customs on it :) It was first with android 7.0 and iGO primo perfect working, after update to Android 8.0, primo stop working and that is why I try to put Nextgen. May be I need some other version of Nextgen to work with this new oreo. Some suggestions ?

Package name for Avic is
jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync
(so full path for globalcfgzip is: "internal memory\Android\data\jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync\global_cfg\global_cfg.zip")
No suggestion. All versions have problems with installation in Oreo (except officials :d).
-
I try this for avicsync full version, still not success. Follow exact the steps that you write but after loading again nothing.
-
Try official from store, keep files from data folder, then uninstall it. Then install this one, and recover files.
(Maybe just need better cleaning tails after/before all...)
-
OK, now what I do is.
Install official from the store, keep files from android/data folder, uninstall.
Copy avicsync full version and follow your instructions. Create folder "internal memory\Android\data\jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync\global_cfg\global_cfg.zip" and move all from original data from the store that I keep previously to Android\data\jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync\. Now I got a step ahead, i receive message: Content error, global_cfg not found :)
