KML files are pure text. You can copy them together with any text editor.
Otherwise put them in here, that's done quickly.
Thanks to all who offered assistance, the real world examples from @apolyps3 were especially helpful. I now have a 95% solution where everything works except I have to have 2 "Ducati" folders, one for my pois and one for iGO pois, but I can live with that. Odd that it is possible to merge user and iGO poi folders using upoi editor but not so easy with kml. Its just that with several hundred entries upoi editor is a bit cumbersome to use.

Hello, on the Luna I would like to have a saved kml of my route, made in Google eart or any other. I save it in content-userdata-route, but I don't see it under saved routes. What do I need to do to be able to choose my path?
Then ask/look in proper topic/section, not in ancient iGO 8
Normally, I would move this kind of post where it should be. But, given the problems with the server, it's not that easy, let the member do it himself
short helps 😉

self-created routes in the form of KML
<Placemark></Placemark> - one point
are integrated under Userdata/Route/ and can then be accessed with iGO.App, the app creates a route to the points according to specifications.
!* Routes created with iGO and then saved are listed under
iGO_xxx\save\users\00\routes\ saved - with consecutive number
I haven't practiced this with LUNA yet....
Remarks:
KML generated with Google Earth is not 100% iGO compatible. A track file as KML is also not recommended for iGO, too many waypoints that are not compliant in iGO-Map
