Can you describe your starting situation in more detail?
So you already have an Automotiv.kml file? Then it would be easiest to copy your additional data into it as a new folder block. Delete the four old Automotiv files in iGO and let iGO calculate the new one.
Adding additional data to the original *.poi files is of course not possible.

in Norszczesny's message there were two minor display errors in the definition of the image, correct line bellow
