The other Nextgen also work, I have a POCO M4 Pro with Android 11 and Israel also works, you will get some error messages but after that it works.

I cannot find any option or way to open such a KML route where did they hide that?

I use the Pongo Skin with its userdata folder, enter your routes in kml format inside the ROUTE folder and then in New Route is enabled te option Saved Routes and You can choose the one you need.
