I meant that nextegens don't work at all (on startup there is black screen and it's xiaomis fault) but on primo many people say that tmc don't work! it's not only me

Hi, did anybody come up with any solutions regarding the disappearance of TMC. I also had it working on various devices, have made no changes to anything and now have no live traffic

Version; iGo Primo 9.6.29.427562 for android

after TMC stopped working have tried multiple devices

I have the same issue under Primo-Android since some days (worked before, nothing changedl)

On the other side, Nextgen-Android versions can always connect to TMC servers

This is the same on my two devices (Galaxy S2 and S5)


I will try JOYTURKX's corrections and tell you...
--> nada... iGO-Primo TMC does not receive any info


... PS: TMC is Ok with all Nextgen_Android

Nextgen, iGO World 9.18.27.736653 - 19.jun.2018, newly installed on Android device
Location SPAIN
First TMC working, but only shows Events from neighboring France (seems because default location is Paris if newly installed)

After iGO restart, TMC stops working... (now location set Spain)

...and even you calculate a route from Spain to Paris now, TMC not working!

And on Igo Primo Android versions, TMC is absolutly not working.

No live traffic on iGO 9.6.29.596752 in The Netherlands (Europe).
