IGO Primo Live Traffic Not Working

I'm having issues trying to get live traffic to work on my android car radio aftermarket head unit.

Currently Running Pre Installed IGO Primo 9.6.29.390522 with current maps Australia 2018 Q1 Here Maps

While i had it working for 2 day's it's suddenly stopped working and i don't know why. After booting up igo the tmc icon shows a wifi connection for 2-3 seconds then disappears.

Can someone please tell me if this is correct or why it's stopped working for.

Same issue here.. Using iGo Primo 9.6.29.636868 for adnroid.
Igo is intsalled in my Samsung j7 and my Android Car Stereo.
Tried many different servers in sys.
Since 1st October Live traffic isn't working in both devices.

On various Android devices, since October 1st, all Online Traffic Events stopped working, at least in Spain.

Version: iGO Primo 9.6.29.3889 for Android

Looks like there is a problem with naviextras?

I've this in my SYS.txt and it worked for years on various Android devices.

Hi, did anybody come up with any solutions regarding the disappearance of TMC. I also had it working on various devices, have made no changes to anything and now have no live traffic

I've heard such complaints from some other sources and from some other geographic parts
I'd love to hear what's happening to the NextGen users?
There is a great chance that they have changed the broadcasting component, so older software might not recognize it anymore...
Or an infrastructure of transmission is in malfunction.

let's hope they fix it because in my xiaomi both nextgen igo basarsoft and Israel don't work. now primo doesn't have tmc we are stuck with Google maps!

Delete all line over tmc and use only this. Hope this helps

@fuorigioco 1981 i think you have another problem with your device...
check your settings again about tmc in your sys...

try clean cache and data from the app.... also delete save folder....

or last solution try a factory reset...

because all nextgen apps like: world, pal, israel_519, gift_519, and basar
in greece works without any problem... with this profile

I meant that nextegens don't work at all (on startup there is black screen and it's xiaomis fault) but on primo many people say that tmc don't work! it's not only me
