check your settings again about tmc in your sys...

or last solution try a factory reset...

because all nextgen apps like: world, pal, israel_519, gift_519, and basar
in greece works without any problem... with this profile

samsung phone 4.4.4
samsung tab a6 5.1.1
chinese phone TURBOX 6.0.1
nokia 6.1 phone 8.1.0
