They switch cu secure connection (port 443) so maybe if you'll find a way to "tell' Primo how to connect to https maybe it will work.

Known facts:
1) Live Traffic working on various Nextgen versions
2) Using Nextgen SYS (with all relevant TMC lines) in Primo, Live Traffic still doesn't work.
So I suggest, solution must be found in the data.zip ?

Dont working live traffic i spain.....
I think is igo primo dont support more this function?
I think it will be a temporary fall of the servers .... But it's been a month since the fall ...
And from what I've tried now it's still not working .....Last edited by kitos; 3rd November 2018 at 07:50 PM.

Hi folks,
I opened a Support ticket for this problem for my Becker professional.6 which works with a Primo-based Software and have the same issue..
After several Emails and several tests they asked me to do, they finally transferred the case to the Software developers the 31th of October.
If they find a solution, I'll give you here feedback about it..Best regards

i don't know what is the point to post, when admins keep moving the posts to trash.
But anyway, i have 405512 and my network usage statistics show;
- connected services general 16 kbytes
- local search 24 kbytes
- online traffic service 698 kbytes
my local search works with the nokia config instead of google.
after local search for "food" statistics increase to 42 kbytes
as i write this, the online traffic service stats increased to 700 kbytes
so there is some kind of communication taking place. but obviously was some changes on the server side because my TMC was working from aug - oct 18, but suddenly stopped.
probably need network sniffer to see what is being exchanged, but suspect it is some kind of check on the card/device id.. maybe
**update** as i sit and watch the network usage statistics, both connected services general and online traffic service increase over time, so the unit certainly appears to be trying to connectLast edited by gwaitsi; 19th November 2018 at 08:37 PM.

Nobody has working online traffic on Primo, not even those with payed version.
