From what I read (but I do not use NG Android but NG WinCE, which does not support VR) only NG Android Israel offers native VR full support (and probably not all languages are supported, even having the correct VR language files) and requires internet connection turned on.
But I could be wrong...although on youtube I saw videos with various functional tests and various languages.
